
FLEXIBILITY / MOBILITY: Having undergone two shoulder surgeries, combined with my own academic interest in human movement and anatomy, I found real passion for teaching people how to improve their own joint flexibility and strength through different ranges of motion. I found flexibility and mobility incredibly important in my own javelin throwing career and I aim to educate people to have control of their own bodies to live life with as minimal pain as possible!
I have consulted face to face and on Zoom calls with various sports massage clients and also many high profile athletes through British Athletics, British Weightlifting, Brazilian Jui-jitsu, Basketball, Powerlifting and have also delivered workshops to schools and camps.
